We are currently seeking a  Site Supervisor to support the ongoing fit-out works at our project site. We are instructed to check all the CVs and call them for an online interview. Unfortunately, most of the CVs are based on Civil and Electrical engineering experience. Please provide us with the team based on the Fit-out related CV with a similar role overview.
Role Overview:
The Site Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of all Architectural, Fit-out, and furniture-related activities at the project site. The candidate must ensure quality execution, material tracking, team coordination, and strict adherence to schedule and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management & Supervision
  • Supervise on-site activities including demolition, finishes, and furniture installation.
  • Ensure daily progress aligns with the master schedule.
  • Assign work to labor teams (tiling, gypsum, painting, etc.) and monitor execution.
2. Material & Resource Handling
  • Estimate required material quantities in advance.
  • Track deliveries and highlight shortages or delays.
  • Coordinate with site helpers and the warehouse for daily site needs.
3. Quality & Safety Compliance
  • Conduct routine quality checks at each stage of execution.
  • Identify and rectify site defects and rework issues.
  • Implement site safety plans and lead toolbox talks on safety and productivity.
4. Coordination & Reporting
  • Report daily unit-wise progress (including photos) to the Project Manager.
  • Flag design clashes or discrepancies and coordinate with the Draftsman.
  • Ensure all work is executed as per the approved drawings and specifications.
5. MEP Supervision & Support
  • Oversee MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, low current).
  • Coordinate with MEP teams for timely execution and system integration.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and quality verification of MEP systems.
6. Weekly & Strategic Tasks
  • Monitor cluster-wise target completion.
  • Submit weekly progress and snag reports.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors for pending works and rework closures.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and MEP drawings.
  • Proactive on-site decision maker with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle labor teams and subcontractors under tight schedules.
