Role Overview
As part of our team in Riyadh, you'll work in a HYBRID environment supporting the delivery of cutting-edge construction projects. You will contribute as a trusted MEP Engineer, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to design, review, and oversee the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review detailed MEP designs, technical drawings, and documentation for complex projects.
- Coordinate MEP works between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression.
- Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to design and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring compliance with local codes and client requirements.
- Support project estimation, procurement, and cost-control activities as they relate to MEP systems.
- Prepare progress reports, conduct site inspections, and participate in project meetings to provide expert input.
Must have requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in MEP engineering within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP standards, codes, and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Nice to have requirements
- Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent.
- Experience with BIM modeling and MEP coordination tools.
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Background working on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments.
