Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Junior Architect – Tamheer Program where you'll be immersed in an exciting environment, supporting real projects within the heart of Riyadh. As part of our team in Riyadh, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with experienced architects and consultants on design development, project documentation, and real-world developments. Responsibilities
- Support architectural design development from concept through to detailed design drawings.
- Assist in the preparation and review of architectural drawings, presentations, and project documents.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and project teams on active developments.
- Assist with design coordination and maintain follow-ups on project requirements and progress.
- Participate in design reviews, learning how architectural ideas develop from concept to execution.
- Gain exposure to building materials, specifications, technical documentation, and project processes.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking, providing new perspectives to the team.
Must have requirements
- Fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Eligibility for the Tamheer Program.
- Strong interest and passion for architecture, design, and real estate development.
- Proficiency with architectural design and drawing software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Creative, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
- Detail-oriented with effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude; willingness to ask questions, explore new solutions, and contribute ideas.
Nice to have requirements
- Basic understanding of Saudi building codes and regulations.
- Portfolio showcasing academic or personal architecture projects.
- Experience with graphic and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Enscape).
- Time management and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
